want to dirt bike.

i want to come up to tug hill this summer and im wondering what i need to have or do  to be able to ride, like to my bike need to be insured or regesterd, do i need to wear certian equiptment. also if there are places to stay?? thanks

both insurance and registrations are required to run the dirt roads on tugg hill..
