The land is on S. Denning Rd. & is about mid way between 7x9 Rd & McDonald Rd. Its a narrow lot (100' deep) but with 660' of frontage. Its 1.6 ac and is bordered by State Forever Wild land on all sides including across the road...so its feels isolated and no one can build next to it. There are no services to property....wilderness! Unique parcel for getting back to nature.

There use to be an old camp and barn on the lot but that all came down from rot years ago. The old stone foundations are there. There's also an old dug stone well, somewhere east of the old camp foundation...so be careful walking around in deep vegetation...last time I was up a few years ago, I covered it with some boards but could be gone now?

The lot is non conforming to today's zoning but would be possible to build since lot existed way prior to the 1984 zoning...remainder of an old homestead from early 1900. The south line (rear lot line is actually 132' from the centerline of the road, so the right of way from the road centerline is 32' to front lot line. The east line is down by the stream.

Its a nice high and dry spot on the west end where the old camp was.....with south facing view of state land....great for solar off the grid. I always wanted to put a log cabin back on the same spot...just a little more south of the road, with a deck looking out over the south views, then a barn back by the old foundation, and clear some land to the east.

But never did and now I'm retiring soon and moving south this winter.

Also in process of getting building approval from County.

I'm asking $14,900. Its tax assessed for $12,000.

Cabin has full kitchen equipped everything needed, living rm, 2 full baths and sleeping loft. There are 9 beds. 7 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 queen size bed. Living room has two full size couches and 2 love seats. Forced air heat, Direct TV and phone service. The cabin is located on plowed road and access to main trail systems.
Cabin is near state land. Hunters Welcomed!

Security deposit is required.
No pets.
Cabin is smoke free.

Spring and Summer Rates
$100 per night -- 3 Night Minimum Stay.
